Hiring STB - 2 Ways We Deliver
1.) Standard (Fee Based)
Initial fee for Advertising and a Flat Fee per Sales Professional Hired.
- Each hire is guaranteed for 90 days
and the position will be refilled 1 time if
the new hire quits before the 60-day
mark.
2.) Temp to Perm (Hourly Based)
Initial Fee for Advertising/Profiling and Hourly pay with a markup per hour for a certain number of hours, usually 600 hours.
- Once the 600 hours are up the sales
Professional will roll to commission
and onto the dealership's payroll.
- STB in conjunction with a staffing company will cover
payroll taxes and workers comp.
